About the Event
Walter Elias Disney's life was full of imagination and dreams. Born in humble circumstances in Marceline, Missouri, Walt Disney came to Los Angeles in the early 1920s where he launched his hand-drawn cartoon mouse into a movie star and revolutionized animated films. Perhaps, one of America's most beloved icons, Walt Disney and his studio of artists even created their own unique category of collectibles – "Disneyana". Disney fans of all ages will enjoy viewing the extensive collection of Disney art and collectibles at the Grace Dee May Museum's new exhibit, "The Imagination of Walt Disney".
